Employment Opportunity: Rough Grade

Civil Werx is currently accepting applications/resumes for a rough grade crew including:

  • Push, pull  scraper hands
  • Blade hands that can finish and are familiar with GPS
  • Dozer hands that can finish and are familiar with GPS
  • People that can read plans and run jobs at a efficient rate.

Come be part of a growing and successful company! Civil Werx is a Grading, Earthwork and Wet Utility Company that works in the private and public sectors. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of record-able experience and verifiable references, Minimum of OHSA 10 for operators and OHSA 30 for foreman and operators and must pass pre-employment drug screening. Wages will depend on experience and position, except on public projects where prevailing wages or davis-bacon wages are paid. Current rates include: Scraper operator $20-$26/hr, Blade & Dozer operators $28-$35, and Foreman $30-$35/hr. Civil Werx benefit program includes Medical, Dental and Optical Coverage and a 401k program.
