In 2018 Civil Werx teamed up with Pardee Homes to grade & pave part of the new infrastructure for the Tule Springs community in North Las Vegas.  This initial work also led to the sitework development for several of the onsite parcels for both Pardee Homes and KB Home.  We have continued to stay active in this community development, including the addition of a new park for the developer in 2022.
