In January of 2020 we contracted with William Lyon Homes to grade and pave for an RV Storage Parking Lot in Pahrump, NV, located about 60 miles west of Las Vegas.  The following year, in April of 2021, we would team up with William Lyon again for the earthwork and paving of a new residential community consisting of two units and just under 100 new home lots.  We are currently active in bidding new work that continues to develop in this area.
